This 28 day total body detox program is a life changing event!!!!! It will have a permanent positive impact on your health and will change the way you relate to your body forever. The program is designed to clean your body out, as well as teach you the science behind how the body operates. All classes are in person in Jerusalem and broadcasted & recorded on GoToMeetings. Anyone around the world can attend.
In addition to helping your body naturally release what no longer serves it, you will be able to learn how to properly eat after the detox is over. No, that does not mean follow a detox program for the rest of your life; that would be both physically and mentally unhealthy. It means that you will have the tools and know-how to be able to eat a normal and healthy diet; your definition of what normal is however may change through-out the process of the detox.
Many men and women have participated in the detox the last 3 years since its creation and have managed to really stick to it even years after they have finished. Mostly due to the knowledge they received throughout the process. Because when you know better, you do better :).
So in essence the goal is to clean up, get smart, and have proper and easy self care after the detox is over.

I hear you. Not being able to eat whatever you want whenever you want is not fun.

YES! Generally when people detox successfully they can feel worse before they feel better. You may feel frustrated, uncomfortable, and weak as the body begins to expel trapped toxicity and negative emotions. The length of this discomfort varies from person to person. I tend to cry a lot during the second week of the detox as I begin to eliminate trapped emotions…
CAN I INVITE A FRIEND TO JOIN ME:
Of course! The more people you know who will sign up and do it with you, the easier it will be for you. Even though the group itself is a great support system, knowing that a close friend is doing it with you will help you succeed even more so.
WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE FOR THE PROGRAM:
18+, younger woman can join under the condition that they will have to modify certain parts of the plan, which we will go over privately.
I AM NURSING, CAN I FOLLOW THIS PLAN:
NO! Following this plan while nursing will diminish milk supply. Nursing women can definitely detox, but using a different method, which I would be happy to go over in a private consultation.

HOW ABOUT MEN, THEY WANT TO DETOX TOO:
A men's group is running simultaneously to the women's group. Their is a special couple's rate. Please invite any man you may know who would be interested.
WILL THIS BE HARD:
The first week will be the hardest, and the plan itself will definitely be an adjustment. But the plan becomes progressively easier by the week.
I DON’T DO JUICE FASTING:
It will not be 4 weeks of juice fasting – no need to worry there.
However, fasting is an important element in detoxing and forms of fasting will be included.
DO I NEED A JUICER:
You will need either a juicer or a blender in order to make juices or smoothies.
WILL I BE ABLE TO EAT REAL FOOD:

You will definitely be eating less than you normally would, however you get to control how much you eat from what you are allowed to eat.

You must either pay the entire amount upfront or begin your installment payments before the program begins. The detox booklet is included in the fee but other important program equipment/tools will need to be purchased separately in stores. MY CONNECTION TO THIS DETOX:
This detox is based on one of the original detox methods brought forth by Ann Wigmore, an amazing health pioneer from the 60s. Ann Wigmore’s knowledge and mission were rooted in her personal experiences as an unhealthy child in Lithuania where her grandmother, the village “healer,” used the gifts of nature as her “pharmacy.”
My grandmother was lucky enough to befriend Ann Wigmore when she was battling colon cancer. My grandmother extended her life by 10 years after religiously following Ann Wigmore’s methodology.
The detox method we will be following is based on Ann Wigmore’s original detox. However, I made significant modifications to make the detox more practical for the modern and active woman, while not compromising the amazing results.

CAN I DO THIS WHILE OUT OF TOWN:
I do not recommend following this detox protocol while you are out of town unless you will have access to a kitchen and bathroom you can comfortably use. Although I do think this plan could be doable while traveling, it might be too much of a strain/pressure to follow while away.
WHAT ABOUT SHABBAT:
A Shabbat menu will be given as part of the protocol.
I WORK CRAZY HOURS, WILL I ABLE TO FOLLOW THIS PLAN:
Yes, you can follow this plan while working crazy hours. However, a warning for all renaissance women, you will most like feel weak and hungry during the first week even though you will be consuming enough food. Detoxing takes a lot of energy, thus just be prepared to feel a little out of it for the first week. Fortunately, your energy will majorly boost during the second week.

Yes!!!!! Detoxing is great for picking up energy. You may feel weak during the first week – but will start to see dramatic energy improvements during the 2nd week.
